All modern paints and varnishes require the surface to be rough and completely dirt free. While sandblasting, the surfaces of the parts become rough and micro recesses are formed, which ensure high-quality adhesion of the coating. This is a way to extend the life of the coatings up to six times, which can significantly save the cost of carrying out an overhaul. For cleaning, metal, slag, quartz sand, as well as a row of other abrasives are used, that perfectly make the surface rough, and remove old paints and varnishes.
